Before learning of my love for helping others understand how to protect themselves with the right insurance options, I owned my own pizzeria/deli. Owning a restaurant fueled a huge part of my desire to build relationships and serve the community.
I am recently engaged to my fiancé, Holly and we are buying a home together. We have 3 dogs and my passions are football, taking care of my pets and helping people. I came to LaChance Agency after being burned out in food service management. My life experiences at an early age have caused a strong passion to follow our mission statement – to serve and protect our community in ways no one else does! I served in active-duty army as a 35N expert in marksmanship and I am currently working on an associates degree in public administration and will transfer for a bachelor’s degree.
When I'm not educating our customers on the importance of having the right protection from everything that truly matters to them, I am valuing the importance of what really matters in my life, spending time with my daughter, Selena!

Born and raise in Amsterdam NY, I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2016, played soccer throughout high school and college by played on the Plattsburgh soccer team. It was through playing soccer at Plattsburgh that I met my now wife, Cassidy. We moved out to Boston for a few years but ultimately decided to come back closer to our family and the community we both love. When not working, you can catch me skiing, snowboarding, playing golf, and traveling.

I knew of Erik and his office when I was working as a Loan Officer. Erik was my top insurance referral due to the nature of how well he and his team treated anyone I referred to him. That made it easy to decide to work with him, and thus I started my insurance journey in 2022. I am licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, even though I am responsible for the marketing of the company. I love that we are all licensed in our office so that we have knowledge and credibility to better serve the community. It is so awesome to be able to teach others about the LaChance Agency Team, knowing how passionate each person in our office is to provide service and understanding to our customers.

My name is Ian Pacifico, I am a junior at the University of Tampa and have plans to go to grad school and get my master's in marketing. I graduated from CBA in 2021 after playing football and lacrosse there for 6 years. I started with LaChance Agency when I was 18 years old and got my Property and Casualty licensing just before my 20th birthday. Erik and the team took the time to teach me how to live and work by our mission statement of striving to serve and protect our community in ways no one else does. Although I am the youngest member of the team, I understand the inner workings of Insurance and will always go above and beyond to protect you and your family.
