Yes my real name is Dendi, no it’s not short for anything. I’ve been married to my husband John for 26 years and we have three kids: Luke is 20, Ava is 18 and Jack is 16. I have two pups – Dutchess is an 8 year old Golden Yorkie and pure-bred diva and Coconut is a 2 year old rescue from Aruba and the world’s most perfect angel. My very favorite way to make memories with my crew is by traveling – we feast off our travel memories for ages after coming back home. I am a major foodie and I love to cook. I’m Italian and cooking and sharing food is a real love language for me! I love to sing and am a worship leader in my church. I’m getting back into a traditional job after being home raising my kids for the last 20 years. I have a background as a travel agent and office/service manager for my church and later for my husband’s office. I’m really excited to be here and serve you in all things insurance.

- I bake to relax
- Give me a jigsaw puzzle and I’m not moving until it’s done – no less than 1000 pieces
- I went to my husband’s junior prom with him as “a friend”, we started dating officially that night and we’ve been together ever since (31 years!)

A husband and father, I previously coached football at RPI before transitioning into the insurance industry. I came to LaChance Agency after being burned out in food service management. My life experiences at an early age have caused a strong passion to follow our mission statement – to serve and protect our community in ways no one else does! I served in active-duty army as a 35N expert in marksmanship and I am currently working on an associates degree in public administration and will transfer for a bachelor’s degree.
When I'm not educating our customers on the importance of having the right protection from everything that truly matters to them, I am valuing the importance of what really matters in my life, spending time with my daughter, Selena!

I knew of Erik and his office when I was working as a Loan Officer. Erik was my top insurance referral due to the nature of how well he and his team treated anyone I referred to him. That made it easy to decide to work with him, and thus I started my insurance journey in 2022. I am licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance, even though I am responsible for the marketing of the company. I love that we are all licensed in our office so that we have knowledge and credibility to better serve the community. It is so awesome to be able to teach others about the LaChance Agency Team, knowing how passionate each person in our office is to provide service and understanding to our customers.

I started my journey in the insurance world and with LaChance Agency in 2021. I have learned so much and realize how intricate the insurance world is. I enjoy speaking with our customers and making connections outside of insurance, as well as finding ways to better serve the people I come in contact with on a daily basis.
I am married with 3 children: two are United State Airmen and one is married to a United States Marine. We are bursting with pride!!
I love my dogs and kitty and they are by my side wherever I go. When not working you can find me working around our property, gardening, landscaping, just being outside!!
