They were even able to find policies for my antique vehicles at a discount over the major classic vehicle carriers. The most recent transaction involved looking at cost savings on a home/auto policy for a senior family member over their existing policy from another carrier. Samantha out of the Loudonville office was extremely helpful. She reviewed the existing policy and then tailored a new policy with more appropriate terms at a significant discount. She then reviewed my existing policy, noticed a gap in coverage, and was able to make modifications on the spot. Customer service is universally expected, but not always delivered.
